We are seeking to hire a Medical Operations Coordinator to join our corporate office located in Lakewood, NJ.

➢ What You'll Do 

• Evaluates adherence to company medical protocol, operational efficiency, and quality of medical product
• Facilitate medical staff trainings
• Provides onboarding and staff performance evaluation
• Audit charts to ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and aligned with company protocol
• Conducts onsite and external audits of medical operational workflows and personnel

➢ What We're Looking For

• Education: BSN, MSN preferred 
• Experience: 3-5 years in substance use treatment
• Skills: Strong communication, ability to train, and organized
• Certifications: LPN for consideration. RN or DON preferred

➢ Where You'll Work

• Location: Corporate office, with occasional remote work as needed (primary residence within 40 minutes of corporate office)
• Travel: Occasional travel to Avenues facilities and trainings
• Hours: Full-time with standard office hours; flexibility for emergencies.
